Our Free Pattern Promise

Every crochet pattern published on PatternVibes is completely free of charge. You will never need to pay for access to any pattern on this site. There is nothing to refund for our core content.

If We Offer Paid Products

If PatternVibes ever introduces paid products (such as premium pattern bundles, printed booklets, or digital downloads), the following refund policy will apply:

• Digital downloads: Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not offered once a file has been downloaded. However, if you experience a technical issue or the file is defective, contact Maya and we will resolve it immediately.
• Physical products: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Affiliate Purchases

When you click an affiliate link on PatternVibes and make a purchase from a third-party retailer, that purchase is subject to the retailer's own refund policy. PatternVibes cannot issue refunds for third-party purchases. Contact the retailer directly for any return or refund requests.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are entitled to a refund for any purchase associated with PatternVibes, please contact Maya at hello@atternvibes.com with:

• Your name and email address
• Order or transaction details
• A brief description of the issue
